In September, Vaughn’s project team at the Texas A&M University Health Science Center Houston Engineering Health Building Renovation (ENMED) project received the Liberty Mutual Safety Commendation award. Liberty Mutual runs the insurance program for Texas A&M University System. During the presentation, Mike Singletary with Liberty Mutual said, "This was one of the larger projects and the project scope included some unique challenges throughout the project timeline. Eloy Silva and the Vaughn safety group did an outstanding job with support of the Vaughn project manager Brian Moore. Eloy effectively coordinated the project team to proactively address construction risk and manage both trade contractor and public exposures. The Vaughn team was a great engaged partner with both Liberty Mutual Risk Control and AJ Gallagher Loss Control and we look forward to working with Vaughn Construction on future projects."
