Texas A&M University (TAMU) recently selected Vaughn Construction as construction manager-at-risk for the 135,000 SF Clinical Veterinary Teaching & Research Complex. The state-of-the-art facility will integrate advanced technology into its teaching and clinical spaces, fostering advancements in animal care and educating the next generation of veterinary medical doctors.
The facility will house 15 specialty referral services, including oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, dentistry, nutrition, and interventional radiology. Additional faculty, staff, and student wellness spaces, client comfort rooms, a pharmacy, space for diagnostic imaging, and training areas will also be located within the new building.
“I am excited to be back in College Station for this project,” said a Vaughn project manager. “Everyone will be watching this high-profile facility. The building will solidify TAMU as the best vet school in the nation, built for the number one institution on the cutting edge of technology.”
We look forward to sharing more as the project progresses!
