Pecan Springs Elementary School, originally built in 1957, is undergoing modernization to accommodate a planned capacity of 375 students. The 77,000 SF, two-story project will involve demolishing the existing facility and constructing new spaces to accommodate a gymnasium, music studio, art studio, sensory motor lab, and library. Additionally, the project will feature two new playgrounds, outdoor learning areas, two detention areas, and a play field. Substantial completion is expected in spring 2026.
