Vaughn Selected as Construction Manager-at-Risk for College of the Mainland Library & Classroom Building

College of the Mainland recently selected Vaughn Construction as construction manager-at-risk for its highly anticipated 160,000 SF Library & Classroom Building

The new Library & Classroom Building will be a valuable resource for the College of the Mainland community, fostering learning and creating a vibrant space for students and faculty. The building was designed with community accessibility in mind and will occupy a prominent location on campus, enhancing overall convenience. The project also encompasses necessary site work adjacent to the building.

“We were chosen through a unique selection process that emphasized client satisfaction and past project experience,” explained a Vaughn senior project manager. “Vaughn’s current and past successes lead us to seal the deal with this project.”

The Library and Classroom Building is our first project with College of the Mainland. We look forward to working with the college on this project.

Construction is expected to begin in April 2025 and reach substantial completion in April 2027.
