Project Overview

This six-level, parking garage is the gateway into the campus. It is partially clad in a perforated metal panel infilled curtainwall system fitted with programmable LED lights. The garage is equipped with over 100 security cameras, an electronic guidance system with red and green indicators at each parking spot, and digital signage directing users to open spaces.

Unique Challenge

Elevator installation was a critical portion of the project. Although our self-perform steel crew installed the elevator shaft steel seamlessly, the elevator equipment manufacturer fabricated the machine support steel incorrectly. Within days, our steel crew fabricated new machine support beams so the elevator contractor could continue installation without further delay.
